  1. Mix oil, sugar, vanilla.
  2. Add eggs and mix until well combined.
  3. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Slowly add egg mixture until well combined
  5. Bake 25 to 30 minutes in 8x8 pan or until tooth pick is clean.
