• 2 egg yolks
• 2/3 cup sugar
• 1/4 t salt
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1/4 t vanilla extract
• 1 cup frozen pineapple

1. smash the pineapple into a paste.
2. mix all ingredients.
3. churn cold.
